Lack of activity leads to permissions cancellation

Financial Services Authority

Castle Grove Insurance Services Ltd has had its Part IV permissions cancelled by the FSA.

The firm was based at 228B Turners Hill, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.

The FSA is authorised to cancel an authorised person’s permission where such a person has failed, during a period of at least 12 months, to conduct any regulated activity for which it has had Part IV permission.

Castle Grove has not conducted any regulated activity since 11 April 2011 and Castle Grove has declined to cancel its permission, despite the FSA having given it the opportunity to do so.
