15% rise in new build registrations in July

Land Registry has reveal that the most expensive residential sale that took place in July 2019 was of a semi-detached property in Kensington and Chelsea for £10,450,000.

The cheapest residential sale in July 2019 was of a terraced property in Burnley for £18,000.

The most expensive commercial sale taking place in July 2019 was in Bristol for £35,000,000. The cheapest commercial sale in July 2019 was in Barnet for £100.
