360 Dotnet has begun a multi-stage integration of Legal & General Mortgage Club’s digital mortgage criteria searching tool SmartrCriteria.
The move enables brokers to search lender application criteria direct from the 360 Lifecycle site.
The first stage of the integration, a direct link to SmartrCriteria for brokers from 360 Lifecycle will soon be live, enabling brokers to provide a more efficient service for their clients, 360 Dotnet said. With SmartrCriteria brokers can view outcome sheets, enabling them to indicate whether a lender will look at a customer’s case.
Further integrations are expected to follow, including improvement to the payment process. The specially developed claim tool, soon to be live in 360 Lifecycle, will allow brokers to process claims within the system once mortgages reach the exchange stage – notifying Legal & General Mortgage Club to activate payment. There are specific triggers which will filter in cases and keep an audit of those that have previously been claimed.
