3mc has been appointed by Axis Bank to distribute its specialist buy-to-let mortgage range via intermediaries.
Axis Bank UK markets a range of buy-to-let mortgage products for:
- Experienced landlords with 3 or more rental properties
- Individual investors & limited companies
- HMOs with up to 6 bedrooms
- Multi-units on one title
- Holiday lets
- Expats
3mc will provide brokers with a full packaging service and brokers will receive a procuration fee of 0.45% on all completed deals.
