41% of Britons have been left feeling concerned about their own financial position following the Budget, according to new research from uSwitch.com.
It claims 25% now feel less confident about the country’s finances, while 36% feel less confident about their own finances. Also, 37% feel less confident that we’re seeing the end of the recession.
20% now feel less confident about their job while 37% feel worse off after the budget. Meanwhile, 58% say now is not the time to make any major life changes or financial decisions.
Ann Robinson, director of consumer policy at uSwitch.com, said: “Wednesday’s Budget may have been billed as a growth budget
