TFC Homeloans has unveiled QuickSearch, its specialist lending sourcing system, to its brokers.
The distributor says brokers can answer 20 quick questions about their client’s details and needs, before comparing all specialist product types in one place, including mortgages, second charge loans, bridging finance, commercial mortgages and buy-to-let.
QuickSearch is part of the specialist distributor’s CaseBldr software powered by APACSystems, and has been tried and tested by TFC Homeloans for over a year.
It compares deals from a range of lenders, highlighting the product type and details, total costs including fees, and any specific lending criteria. It guides the broker to the most appropriate option, with a clear audit trail.
