Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move has rebranded, with a relaunch and expansion in the range of its services.
Previously known as both Momentum and AMC, it has rebranded to better describe its expanded product range. The rebrand will also bring it in line with other Spicerhaart brands such as Spicerhaart Corporate Sales and Spicerhaart Land and New Homes.
Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move now offers a fully funded part exchange proposition. While acting initially for house builders and developers, it will also help home buyers to move into a new build property by facilitating the sale of an existing house for them.
The firm says its part exchange proposition benefits home owners who want to buy a new home, but who either cannot sell their existing home or don’t have the time or want the hassle of selling it. Part exchange also benefits developers who have new homes to sell, as by working with Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move, part exchange can be offered even outside the usual criteria.
Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move works with the developer and the home buyer. It will arrange for two independent valuations of the property, provide a valuation report to the developer and will then facilitate a cash offer to the home buyer for their existing property. The home buyer not only benefits because their existing house will be sold quickly to a guaranteed buyer, but also because no estate agency fees are paid. The developer benefits from quick transaction timescales as contracts are exchanged quickly, with delayed completion being arranged where necessary.
Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move also works with developers who have their own ‘in-house’ part exchange scheme. It offers them appraisals, comparisons and managing the sale of the existing properties from start to finish through a UK wide chain of both group and independent estate agents.
For those that do not want to go down the part exchange route, the team can also offer an assisted move service. In this case, Spicerhaart Part Exchange and Assisted Move will handle the sale of the home buyer’s existing property with the aim of a sale in four to six weeks. It commissions between one and two top performing agents in the area to value the property, carry out an appraisal and organise the sale.
Neil Knight, business development director of Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move, said: “We have worked hard to provide a comprehensive range of services designed specifically for builders and developers. We now have a ground breaking funded part exchange and assisted move proposition.
“Our teams work closely with developers to ensure they are able to add value and provide their customers with the best possible service.”
