Accord cuts fixed rates

Accord Mortgages is to unveil tomorrow a two-year fixed rate at 2.99%, up to 75% LTV. Accord says the deal is its “cheapest product of the year”” and comes with a booking fee of £95 and a completion fee of £1900.
