AFI changes website following BTL move

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has made changes to its website following its move into buy-to-let for ‘non-professional’ employed landlords.

Updates include a new section on its buy-to-let lending criteria and rental cover calculator.

When a broker logs into the Introducer Internet system they will now see on the right hand side a new section for buy-to-let, including a ‘New full application’ option, which will allows the ability to complete a buy-to-let AIP and FMA.

AFI said that its automated system also provides end to end case tracking through MATS.

Meanwhile, there are examples and Q&As to help intermediaries under the new proposition.

To help you understand how to submit an application on Introducer Internet our new guide gives you examples of all the new screens. We also have comprehensive Questions & Answers to help you understand our buy-to-let offering.

The new products will be on sourcing systems on 13 December.
