Abbey for Intermediaries has launched its first ever lifetime tracker mortgage.
It is priced at 2.69% (BBR + 2.19%) and comes with a £495 fee.
The product is available up to 75% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers, and has a minimum loan size of £25,000 and a maximum loan size of £1 million.
