Lynsey Mitchell has been appointed to the newly created role of head of telephony sales for Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) and Cater Allen.
She will manage telephony teams in Glasgow, Manchester and London and will report to Brad Fordham, sales director at AFI and Cater Allen.
She was previously a sales manager for AFI for the North and Scotland, and has been with AFI for three years.
Before joining AFI, Mitchell was head of sales at SPML.
