Age Partnership plans large expansion

Age Partnership is recruiting for 75 new equity release advisers to join its team of over 400 staff.

Head of retirement lending at Age Partnership, Jonathan Sewell, said: “The growing demand for equity release coupled with the time that we invest with each of our clients means that we are now on the lookout for an additional 75 advisers to join our team. 75 is a phenomenal number, but we are optimistic about filling the vacancies, as we are offering the new over-the-phone advisers the option of remote working from home rather than from our head office in Leeds.

“The new advisers would bring our total number of face-to-face and over-the-phone advisers to almost 200, which will address the growing demand for equity release and the growth of Age Partnership.”

Tim Loy CEO of Age Partnership, added: “We expect the equity release market to continue going from strength to strength over the rest of this year and into 2018. The adviser recruitment drive will ensure that we continue to build on the high level of service that we offer our clients, whilst servicing a growing market.”
