Andy Sears has been appointed to the role of regional sales manager for Aldermore’s invoice finance division.
Sears is tasked with raising awareness of the bank’s invoice finance proposition in the Essex area and reports to Simon Adcock, regional sales director based in Aldermore’s Maidstone office.
Prior to joining Aldermore, Sears spent seven years with Nat West Bank as a senior development manager providing commercial funding solutions to small and medium sized businesses in the Essex area.
Prior to that, he was a business development manager with the Alliance & Leicester.
Adcock said: “I would like to welcome Andy to the invoice finance team here in Maidstone. Andy has considerable experience of providing financial support to SMEs and I have no doubt he will be able to make a significant contribution. I would like to wish him well for the future.””
