Aldermore has announced that it has signed the Armed Forces Covenant, alongside 2-star Air Vice-Marshal Ranald Munro (CBE) 1 and several of its colleagues who have served in the Armed Forces.
The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly. It is a means whereby businesses, local authorities, charities and community organisations can show their commitment to the forces by supporting reservists and those who have served and fought for their country.
Aldermore has committed to focus on achieving this through several strategic aims including supporting the employment of veterans, supporting its own employees who are members of the Reserve Forces and offering corporate training opportunities to Armed Forces Personnel to assist their transition to a civilian career.
