Aldermore Residential Mortgages has launched a range of limited edition buy-to-let remortgage deals.
They are as follows:
- Five-year fixed rates at 4.78% to 65% LTV, 4.98% to 75% LTV or 5.88% to 80% LTV.
- Term variable rate – 4.48% up to 75% LTV.
There is a completion fee of £1,999 on both products.
Aldermore says that limited funding is available and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
“These highly competitive remortgage deals will only be available for a limited period and we therefore recommend brokers apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment,” said Charles Haresnape (pictured), managing director of Aldermore Residential Mortgages.
“The latest data from the CML confirms that the mortgage market is continuing to wallow in the doldrums and we hope these limited edition remortgage products will inject fresh interest for buy-to-let borrowers.”
