Alex Maddox has joined UK and Ireland mortgage servicing specialist Acenden as director of business origination and development.
He joins from Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for the european residential mortgage trading business. Alex was also on the board of DB UK Bank and managed DB Mortgages.
His role is to increase Acenden’s UK & Ireland business, including primary servicing, special servicing, analytics and transaction advisory services.
Previously, Alex was the Head of European Securitised products for the hedge fund, Citadel. Prior to that, Alex spent a number of years with Lehman Brothers, starting as a derivatives trader and becoming head of securitised products trading.
