Aspen Bridging has been appointed to Beneficial network’s specialist mortgage lender panel/
All Beneficial 120 members will have access to the lender’s ‘introduction’ technology via a dedicated web portal which will the provider claims gives brokers a decision in minutes on any bridging case.
It aims to take the majority of applications from enquiry to completion in three to 10 days.
The company will also deliver training to highlight the benefits of bridging finance with webinars, one-to-one support and eventually broker visits all planned to further promote expertise in the sector.
