Specialist lender Assetz Capital has reappointed relationship director Jonathan Kirk.
Based in Yorkshire, Kirk joins from Recognise Bank where he was business development manager for the past year. In his role the commercial mortgage specialist supported small and medium-sized enterprises looking to buy their own premises as well as property investors.
The move comes as the peer-to-peer lending platform, which specialises in commercial mortgages, bridging and development finance, says it is looking to reach record lending levels in 2022.
Kirk (pictured) said: “It’s great to be back. The lending terms we can offer clients is now better than ever – that means we can take our real-world lending approach to market en masse and support as many borrowers as possible.
“I can’t wait to get stuck in and speak to the local market in Yorkshire and beyond.”
