The Association of Short Term Lenders (ASTL) has revealed the complete line up for its conference taking place at Painters’ Hall in the City of London tomorrow (1 October).
Savills’ Edward Green is the final speaker to be announced.
The conference – Bridging – Problems and Solutions – is being headlined by the Right Honourable Sir Vince Cable.
Savills’ Edward Green will start the day, looking at the outlook for the residential market and buy-to-let. He will present an overview of the UK housing market looking at the prospects for the different sectors of the market.
Green will look at affordability, regulatory issues, transaction levels and prospects for house price growth as well as focussing on the effects that government initiatives have had on the market.
