All Types of Mortgages Ltd (AToM) is offering an exclusive buy-to-let product from the Hinckley & Rugby Building Society.
The two-year fixed buy-to-let deal is priced at 3.99%. A completion fee of £1295 is added to the loan within LTV.
A funds booking fee of £399 is required upfront. ERCs are 3% in year one and 2% in year two.
