All Types of Mortgages (AToM) is to distribute mortgage products from Axis Bank.
Product details include no minimum income requirements, new build properties available up to 75% to £500,000, manual assessment, no credit scoring and rental calculations on pay rate on the lender’s five-year products.
Mortgages are only available in London and South East.
