Surveying firm Valunation, part of the Spicerhaart Group, has appointed a new chief executive.
John Bagshaw, previously a director at Countrywide Surveyors, has been tasked to oversee a major investment programme to deliver valuation solutions to the lending industry, as well as growing the company’s panel management function.
