Barclays has made changes to a selection of products across its residential, buy-to-let and Reward ranges.
These changes include reducing rates by up to 0.11% on a selection of its existing two, three, five, seven and 10-year fixed rates.
The key reductions in Barclays’ residential rates available for purchase and remortgage are as follows:
- Reduced – 1.32% two-year fixed, £999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan now £5,000,000, will reduce to 1.29%
- Reduced – 1.54% five-year fixed, £999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £5,000,000, will reduce to 1.47%
- Reduced – 1.67% five-year fixed, £999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £5,000,000, will reduce to 1.57%

- 1.49% two-year fixed, £299 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan now £5,000,000, will decrease to 1.45%
- 1.32% two-year fixed, £999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan now £5,000,000, will decrease to 1.29%
- 1.85% two-year fixed, £999 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £500,000, will decrease to 1.79%
