Barclays is making changes to selected products within its 95% LTV (including cashback) purchase range, its buy-to-let range plus its existing customer reward range with new products live tomorrow (23 January).
Changes are as follows:
Residential
Purchase:
- 3.02% 2-year fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400,000 will decrease to 2.95%
- 3.55% 2-year fixed, £1000 cashback, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £50,000, Max loan £400,000 will decrease to 3.47%
- 3.40% 5-year fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £400,000 will decrease to 3.39%
- 3.79% 5-year fixed, £1000 cashback, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £50,000, Max loan £400,000 will decrease to 3.65%
Buy-to-let
Purchase/Remortgage:
- 2.34% 2-year fixed, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.30%
- 2.63% 3-year fixed, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £35,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.37%
EMC
- 2.33% EMC Reward buy-to-let 2-year fixed, £0 product fee, 65% LTV, will decrease to 2.29%
- 2.62% EMC Reward buy-to-let 3-year fixed, £0 product fee, 65% LTV, will decrease to 2.36%
