Barclays is reducing rates on a selection of deals within its residential (purchase and remortgage) and Reward ranges.
Rates are being cut to as low as 1.43%.
The changes are as follows:
Purchase
- 3.30% 5 Year Fixed £0 fee, 85% LTV, loans £5k – £2m will reduce to 3.19%
Purchase and Remortgage
- 1.79% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 75% LTV, loans £5k – £2m will reduce to 1.57%
- 2.94% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 85% LTV, loans £5k – £2m will reduce to 2.83%
- 1.62% 5 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 60% LTV, loans £5k – £5m will reduce to 1.43%
- 1.89% 5 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 75% LTV, loans £5k, – £2m will reduce to 1.70%
Reward
- 1.79% 2 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 75% LTV, Loans £5k -£2m will reduce to 1.57%
- 1.55% 5 Year Fixed, £999 fee, 60% LTV, loans £5k – £2m will reduce to 1.43%
- 1.89% 5 Year Fixed £999 fee, 75% LTV, loans £5k – £2m will reduce to 1.70%
