Beverley Building Society is now serving non-UK nationals with its new mortgage proposition.
The lender says it continues to expand its lending criteria to further support intermediaries as they seek the right mortgage solutions for their clients.
Details of its new offering for non-UK nationals are as follows:
- <80% Maximum LTV – residential owner-occupied properties (excl. self-build)
- Minimum one year remaining on VISA
- Applicants must have a UK bank account
- Minimum three years’ UK residence
The Society now accepts:
- EU nationals with Settled or Pre-Settled status
- Foreign nationals with the right to reside
- Specified visa types, including Skilled Worker Visa, Health & Care Worker Visa
