Paradigm Mortgage Services has announced the addition of Blacks Connect to its conveyancing panel.
The partnership means the mortgage services proposition now has four conveyancing providers and means members have better levels of choice to assist clients with their legal responsibilities.
Blacks Connect allows its partners to create tailored solutions for their own specifications. Its conveyancing service offers instant quotations, online case tracking and a buyer protect warranty that reimburses some of the client’s costs if the purchase falls through.
Paradigm members utilising the new partnership will deal with a conveyancer dedicated to their case and can expect to earn up to £300 on each transaction.
Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “We always strive to offer our members the best in breed across all of our panels and our new partnership with Blacks Connect is testament to ensuring this is the case when it comes to conveyancing.
“It was appealing to us – and will be to our members and their clients – that Blacks Connect is not only accredited by the Law Society, but was also a founder member of both the Conveyancing Association and the Equity Release Solicitors’ Alliance. This proves that it adheres to the highest possible standards and, as a result, has a 98% satisfaction rating from its clients.
“In return, we can offer it access to some of the highest calibre advisers in the industry and I’m sure it will be a long and fruitful relationship. Many brokers have already woken up to the potential of diversification and how they can help their clients organise more of the house-buying process than just the mortgage and hopefully this will convince the minority to realise the potential of offering complementary services.”
David Gilman (pictured), partner in charge of Blacks Connect, added: “We choose our partners carefully and Paradigm’s ethos reflects our own – quality and service have to come first. We look forward to helping its advisers benefit from our expertise in conveyancing and other legal services.”
