Blemain Group is to move offices to ‘Lake View’ Cheadle Royal Business Park on 10 September 2012.
The specialist lender has been based in the same offices in Manchester City Centre for the past 20 years. It started by occupying two floors of its current eight-storey building with 25 staff and now fully occupies the seven available floors with 340 staff.
The modern building on Cheadle Royal Business Park offers 60% more space than the current building.
“We are very excited about the move,” said Marc Goldberg, commercial director at Blemain Group.
“We have outgrown our current premises and need more space. Lake View at Cheadle Royal offers this extra space and all the new modern office facilities associated with it. It also allows room for expansion in the future.”
