Following a pilot, BM Solutions is providing all brokers with access to its new online mortgage portal.
It provides case tracking, updates and alerts and secure messaging, as well as downloadable valuation reports and drag and drop document uploads.
The lender says it also offers ‘full’ functionality for mobile and tablet users, including document uploads and a user-friendly look and feel.
Phil Rickards, head of BM Solutions, said: “Following a successful pilot we’re rolling out our new Mortgage Portal to all of our brokers. We’ve listened to their feedback and the new system demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the intermediary market and our desire to continue to enhance the experience for both brokers and customers.”
