1st Exchange has appointed Andy Watts to the position of intermediary sales director.
Watts is joining the technology solutions provider from global Insurance software firm SSP, where he was director of the insurer and international division. He has over 22 years experience of selling, developing and implementing technology solutions for the insurance industry. He has also worked for Capgemini, CSC and IBM.
Joining the main board of 1st Exchange, Watts will be responsible for the management of the intermediary sales and account management teams with a view to driving significant revenue growth.
