Boost in business for Broker Conveyancing

Broker Conveyancing has reported a significant rise in new broker registrations using its online portal.

The distributor has revealed that the total number of registered broker users has doubled over the past two months which has resulted in a sizeable increase in the number of instructions being processed through the business.

As of the end of May a record number of brokers were now registered to use the service with a new broker switching to Broker Conveyancing every day.

The firm anticipates this figure will rise to two new brokers using the service every day in the course of the next four weeks.

Its two newest solicitor firm additions to panel – Grindeys and Cavendish Legal Group – are now receiving business from broker users.

The most selected firm on the panel remains O’Neill Patient.

Harpal Singh (pictured), managing director of Broker Conveyancing, said: “The last two months have seen a noticeable increase in the number of brokers registering for our portal and we are pleased to announce that at least one new broker uses our services every single day. This is likely to rise as more brokers become aware of the benefits to be had by registering with us.

“With pricing being a particularly important part of a broker’s conveyancing proposition, there is now an understanding that we are up to £100 cheaper that most other distributors and conveyancing comparison sites. Not only are brokers able to offer their clients this significant saving but they themselves are also benefiting from higher income levels particularly with our £25 loyalty bonus payment on each and every case.

“We launched with the aim of offering the broker community an easy to use portal which benefited them and their clients and with the numbers now registering we believe this message is starting to hit home. There is still much work to do but for those brokers who wish to add a potentially lucrative income stream to their business we would urge them to visit our site and see what we have to offer.”
