Paradigm Mortgage Services has added West One Loans to its bridging lending panel.
Members of the mortgage partnership proposition can now access West One Loans’ niche bridging service. Its rates start from 1.25% per month and have no exit fees. Residential, commercial and semi-commercial applications are accepted.
Completions are made within 36 hours and there are also no upfront legal fees.
To celebrate the launch with Paradigm, West One is offering an enhanced rate of commission to all members. For a limited time, West One will pay introducers 67.5% of the loan’s arrangement fee typical arrangement fees range from 1.5-2%.
This is a special introductory offer and applies to all cases submitted prior to 31 December 2009 that complete by 31 January 2010.
