Brilliant Solutions’ Directly Authorised brokers and its members now have direct to lender access to United Trust Bank (UTB) and its mortgage product range.
This is in addition to the existing specialist fees free mortgage packaging facility already in place and as well as the existing secured loans and bridging finance offering.
The bank’s decision to add the direct to lender submission route to the existing packaged routes comes following a successful relationship developed over time across the multiple specialist products offered by the lender.
Although Brilliant Solutions does not charge any packaging fees for UTB mortgage products, the company still believes all brokers should have the choice to submit business through the channel that is most suitable for that specific adviser. The company is now able to offer those brokers complete choice, with full support.
