Paul Elliott is to join the Buy to Let Business’ management team in December.
He has 18 years experience in the mortgage industry, most recently as head of specialist lending at John Charcol. He has been central to the development of its specialist lending proposition including bridging and development finance and secured loans.
Elliott (pictured) said: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to join the Buy to Let Business and the fresh challenge this affords me. I have admired from afar what Ying and his team have done to help drive excellence within the industry and this feels like a perfect fit for me given my experience in buy to let and specialist lending in recent years.
