Castle Trust has appointed Steve Gregory as its new telephone business development manager (BDM)for the Midlands.
Gregory, who was previously a business development executive at Castle Trust, will work with brokers across the region to help identify appropriate solutions for their high net worth clients, buy-to-let investors and entrepreneurs in need of business funding.
In addition, the lender is recruiting new business development executives.
Marcus Dussard, sales director at Castle Trust, said: “Steve has worked at Castle Trust for two years now and developed a strong reputation amongst brokers as someone they can call if they are struggling with a complex case. He has a great understanding of our proposition and the challenges faced by brokers, and this makes him a huge asset to have on the team.
