Recognise Bank has announced that David Jenkins, its chief financial officer (CFO), is to leave after three years with the bank, effective as of 30 November 2022.
While a search is undertaken for a new CFO, Prasad Pitale, head of finance at Recognise Bank will take responsibility for the Finance team.
Jean Murphy, CEO of Recognise Bank, said: “During his time at Recognise Bank, David has made a major contribution through the mobilisation period and in gaining our licence to become a fully trading SME Bank.
“David has supported the Board in the development and evolution of the Bank’s strategy, and he leaves behind a strong finance and treasury team that will continue that support.
“I would like to thank him for the contribution he has made and wish him every success for the future.”
