Cirencester Friendly has adopted iPipeline’s AlphaTrust e-sign and document process automation solution.
The Friendly Society’s previous TOBA process was manual and required paper-based wet signatures.
Cirencester Friendly will use AlphaTrust to digitise its Terms of Business Agreements (TOBA) and wider adviser registration processes.
AlphaTrust is a fully-brandable, compliant e-signature and document-process automation solution that securely digitises the creation of legally enforceable business records.
Third party risks are avoided because there is no exposure of client data in documents typically routed to other e-signature vendors.
