Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks have returned to the market following a temporary withdrawal announced on 29 September.
The banks are offering a range of residential and buy-to-let products.
The new products are as follows:
- 80% LTV Fee Offer 2 and 5 year fixed rates from 2.28%
- 75% LTV Fee Offer BTL 2 and 5 year fixed rates from 2.79%
- 85% LTV Professional 5 Year Fixed Rate at 3.09%
The following rates will be increased at 8pm today:
- 85% LTV Newly Qualified Professional 5 Year Fixed Rate will increase to 3.29%
- 90% LTV Newly Qualified Professional 5 Year Fixed Rate, currently available to existing customers, will increase to 3.34%
- 85% and 90% LTV Professional 5 year fixed rates, currently available to existing customers, will now start from 3.09%
