Clydesdale Bank has announced changes to its product range.
Rates have been increased on a number of products.
The changes are as follows:
- 75% and 80% LTV Full C&I two and five-year fixed rates with a £999 fee have been increased by up to 0.34 percentage points, available to new and existing customers.
- £1m+ 65% LTV two and five-year fixed rates have been increased by 0.20 percentage points
- 75% LTV two and five-year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.37 percentage points
- 80% LTV two and five-year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.35 percentage points
- 85% and 90% LTV two and five-year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.33 percentage points
- 95% LTV two and five-year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.31 percentage points
- All Exclusive 90% LTV fixed rates with £1,999 fee available to existing customers have been withdrawn.
- Buy-to-let 60% LTV two and five-year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.25 percentage points
