Clydesdale Bank is making a number of change to its mortgage products at 8pm tonight (23 February).
The following deals will be withdrawn for new customers:
- 75% LTV two-year fixed rate with £999 fee at 4.73%.
- 75% LTV two-year fixed rate Fee Offer at 5.09%.
- 75% LTV five-year fixed rate with £999 fee at 4.24%.
- 75% LTV five-year fixed rate Fee Offer at 4.49%.
The following rates will be increased for new customers:
- 85% LTV two-year fixed rate Fee Offer will be increased by 0.04% to 5.33%.
- Professional and Newly Qualified Professional 85% LTV two-year fixed rates will be increased by 0.04%.
- Professional and Newly Qualified Professional 90% LTV five-year fixed rates will be increased by 0.04%.
- BTL 60% LTV two-year fixed rate with £999 fee will be increased by 0.09% to 5.32%.
- BTL 60% LTV two-year fixed rate with £2,999 fee will be increased by 0.09% to 5.67%.
- BTL 60% LTV five-year fixed rate with £1,999 fee will be increased by 0.05% to 5.09%.
- BTL 75% LTV five-year fixed rate with £1,999 fee will be increased by 0.04% to 5.18%.
- BTL 75% LTV five-year fixed rate with £2,999 fee will be increased by 0.04% to 5.53%.
Product Transfer:
- The above rate increases also apply to product transfers.
- 90% LTV five-year fixed rate Fee Offer will be increased by 0.04% to 4.98%.
