Clydesdale Bank has launched a new intermediary exclusive at 90% loan to value (LTV).
The deal is a five-year fixed rate at 3.19% with a free valuation for purchase customers.
It has also made a series of rate reductions across its residential product range.
The reductions are as follows:
- 2 year fixed rate at 80% LTV with no fee reduced from 2.28% to 2.23%
- 5 year fixed rate at 80% LTV with £999 fee reduced from 2.11% to 2.05%
- 2 year fixed rate at 85% LTV with £999 fee reduced from 2.41% to 2.18%
- 5 year fixed rate at 85% LTV with £999 fee reduced from 2.64% to 2.54%
- 2 year London and South East fixed rate at 90% LTV with £999 fee reduced from 3.52% to 3.42%
- 5 year London and South East fixed rate at 90% LTV with £999 fee reduced from 3.76% to 3.66%
- 2 & 5 year Professional fixed rates have also been reduced by up to 0.15 percentage points.
