Clydesdale Bank has launched a range of new fixed and variable mortgage products available through brokers.
Rates start from 2.49% (4.3% APR) and are available immediately.
Fixed rates have been cut by up to 0.3 percentage points while have been reduced by 0.1 percentage points.
Clydesdale Bank’s SVR is currently 4.59%.
