Clydesdale Bank has introduced some new mortgage products.
The new products are as follows:
New customer products:
- Residential 75% & 80% LTV fixed rate fee savers re-launched, now from 5.42%.
- 75% – 90% LTV fixed rates reduced by up to 0.48 percentage points, now from 4.99%.
- Selected BTL 60% – 75% LTV fixed rates reduced by up to 0.41 percentage points, now from 5.39%.
- Professional and Newly Qualified Professional fixed rates reduced by up to 0.33 percentage points now from 5.40%.
- Exclusive £1-£2m 75% LTV fixed rates with £1,999 fee reduced by up to 0.44 percentage points now from 5.22%.
- £1m+ 65% – 85% LTV fixed rates reduced by up to 0.48 percentage points, now from 5.30%.
Product Transfer:
- 65% – 95% LTV fixed rates with £499 fee reduced by up to 0.48 percentage points, now from 4.95%.
- 65%-95% LTV fixed rate fee savers reduced by up to 0.40 percentage points, now from 5.16%.
- BTL 60% – 80% LTV fixed rates reduced by up to 0.41 percentage points, now from 5.39%.
