Connect for Intermediaries has added Blacks Connect to its solicitor referral panel.
Blacks Connect is a dedicated intermediary conveyancing firm, with a focus on the specialist lending market.
It is a part of the full-service law firm Blacks, one of the largest law firms in the country.
Some lenders have a limited choice of solicitors that can be instructed for dual representation, with several only allowing Blacks Connect to act for them. By appointing Blacks Connect to its panel, it can act as sole conveyancing partner for these lenders. This enables brokers to earn a referral fee while clients can avoid doubling up on solicitors’ fees when Blacks is appointed on a dual representation basis.
