Essex based specialist broker network, Connect Mortgage Club (CMC), has taken additional second floor premises as part of its expansion plans.
The firm has outgrown its current offices following a recruitment drive throughout 2015, which has lead to new appointments in business development, broker support, compliance and mortgage administration.
Liz Syms, managing director at Connect Mortgage Club, said: “This expansion is a fundamental part of our continued growth strategy for both our packaging/distribution business and broker network. We will continue to invest in key new people to support our growth and ensure we maintain a high level of service to brokers.
“With pending regulation changes now less than 6 months away, we want to ensure that we have the resources in place to help brokers who predominately operate within the commercial and buy-to-let market understand their options, and know there is a genuine cost effective alternative to becoming directly authorised with the FCA.
“I am confident that our newly expanded premises will give us the platform to achieve these objectives and build a bigger stronger business for the broker community.”
