Connect Mortgage Club (CMC) has relaunched its website with improved features for brokers.

The site is now designed to support brokers with their international and expat mortgage enquiries as well as buy-to-lets.

It also includes new tools to help brokers place their cases.

Liz Syms (pictured), CMC’s managing director, admitted a change to the website was necessary in order for brokers to understand the full suite of services that Connect has to offer.

She said: “A website is like a virtual shop for your business and if you don’t display all your products, or present them correctly, you run the risk that visitors leave not realising exactly what you have to offer.

“As our core specialisms lie within buy-to-let, expat and international mortgages, it makes sense to promote our broker services in these areas in one place, under one unified brand.

“Along with a fresher look with easier navigation, the new website offers a complete range of useful free tools and guides for brokers, highlights of which includes a new expat and international product search facility plus enhanced rental calculation tools. We have also simplified the service options we offer brokers through our new specialist Network and Helpdesk propositions. This is to help DA brokers and members of other networks better understand exactly how they can work with us and access our exclusives products.

“The Mortgage Club really has caught the imagination of many intermediaries involved principally in unregulated property finance, such as bridging and buy-to-let. International mortgages falls within the same remit in terms of regulation meaning its inclusion within CMC’s services now gives these same brokers the opportunity to tap into into this growing industry.”
