Coventry for intermediaries has reduced rates across its range of 10-year fixed residential mortgages.
Rates now start from 2.39%.
New deals include the following:
Residential:
- 2.39% (was 2.49%) 10-year fixed until 30/09/28, 50% LTV, ERCs payable until 30/09/23 and a £999 product fee
- 2.49% (was 2.59%) 10-year fixed until 30/09/28, 65% LTV, ERCs payable until 30/09/23 and a £999 product fee
Residential ERCs:
- 10-year fixed with 5-year ERCs: 5% until 30.09.20 then 3% until 30/09/23
- 10-year fixed: 5% until 30.09.20, 3% until 30/09/23 then 1% until 30/09/28
