Coventry for Intermediaries has cut interest rates across its buy-to-let range of two and five-year fixed and Flexx for Term products.
Deals include include:
- 1.99% (reduced from 2.39%) fixed rate until 31/01/18, 65% LTV, ERCs payable to 31/01/18 and £1,999 arrangement fee applies.
- 2.85% (reduced from 3.39%) fixed rate until 31/01/18, 75% LTV, ERCs payable to 31/01/18 and £1,999 arrangement fee applies.
- 2.95% (reduced from 3.49%) Flexx for Term, 75% LTV, no ERCs and £1,999 arrangement fee applies.
