- 2.79% (reduced from 2.99%) Fixed Rate until 30.06.20, 75% LTV, ERCs payable to 30.06.20 and no arrangement fee.
Flexx for Term
- 2.55% (reduced from 2.65%), variable rate, 85% LTV, £300 arrangement fee and no ERCS.
