Coventry Intermediaries has launched a range of fee free two and five-year fixed rates.
New deals include:
Two-year fixed
- 2.05% fixed rate until 30/06/17, 65% LTV, ERCs payable to 30.06.17 and no arrangement fee.
- 2.29% (reduced from 2.49%) fixed rate until 30/06/17, 85% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/06/17 and £999 arrangement fee.
- 2.75% (reduced from 2.99%) fixed rate until 30/06/17, 85% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/06/17 and no arrangement fee.
Five-year fixed
3.05% fixed rate until 30/06/20, 75% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/06/20 and no arrangement fee.
